Frank Patrick pointed out an economic statistics site that has many interesting numbers. One stat that directly impacts our work is the cost of living for the workforce and this cost's impact on recruiting. These and other costs have direct impact on the cost of labor and on very large programs (5 to 8 billion) this adds up over time and causes shifts in work and the work force.
