PM 2.0? What is PM 2.0? I'm not sure. Possibly the mechanisms used to manage the project. Tools based on Web 2.0 might be the "operational" definition of PM 2.0
But what are the core processes these WEB 2.0 tools implement? Remember when the term PM 2.0 is used, look for the "tools sale."

What are the core processes needed to successfully deliver a project - on-time, on-budget, on-specification?
Even if all three are "emerging" in a rational manner.
Irrational emergence has little chance of succeeding, no matter the current buzz word tool or process
These are the processes of the Deliverables Based Planningsm that our firm uses in a variety of project domains and contexts within these domains.
These processes are applicable to a wide variety of project types. I'd conjecture, we have not found a project in any of our business domains where each process area and the detailed processes, with their outcomes cannot be put to direct use.
