If the answer is in anything other than bookable time, money, product performance measures that are statistically significant — no wimpy 10% to 20% increases — hang up.
You need 200% increases to migrate from a well run system to something. New. You need 100% increases to migrate from an OK system to something. If you have system that is below OK, fix it first for free.
