So when someone says, "the tool needs to be simple to use," what do they mean exactly?
What are the units of measure of "simple." Is Catia simple? Is Flying a 777 simple? How about the simple processes of launching a new product for a major consumer products company in 4 weeks?
It may well be that some process that one thinks should be simple, are actually complex> They are complex for the right reasons. The right reasons meaning the underlying processes are complex. They are complex for a reason.
