John Wooden had a pyramid for successful basketball teams. That same pyramid works for successful project managers. This does not necessarily mean a successful project.
Each of these items builds on each other or supports each other. If we look at these, they are not that "touchy feely" approach. They are focused on success of the team as well as the success of the individual. They are tangible, measurable, visible behaviours. Other can rcognize these being present.
