- A zero slack schedule means you're late before you start and probably over budget as well.
- Risk management is how adults manage projects - Tim Lister.
- Without a plan you'll never know when you arive at your destination, other than you ran out of time and money.
- With a plan, you not only see where you're going, you can see where you've been, and you can see alternatives when the need arises to change your plan. And all plans change, it is a fundmental law of projects - and life.
