I was on the phone this morning with a colleage from a Canadian Bio-Tech firm. His firm was recently bought. The consolidating owner has an intensive business management process that flows down to managing projects. This firm has a simple approach to management. There are four answers to any question possed by a manager, be a business manager or project manager:

1. Yes
2. No
3. A Number
