New Droid App that tracks our cycling route, elevation gain and loss, and when I hook up the heart monitor, the stats on "zone training."
This was a training ride yesterday. Leaving from the meighborhood (bottom middle), up 75th the Hwy 66, right on Rabbit Mountain (at the top of the map, with a 12 degree pitch in the last 100 yards), out to Lyons and the Fruit Loops (the two loops on the left), and back down 36 (really annoying hills), and the final sprint back to the neighborhood. 47 miles of hills and road. Next weekend is the Buffalo 100, with nothing but hills.
