I'm working for a firm that works for a department in the US DoD dealing with program performance management. One of the critical topics is Risk Management. Our Program Manager, sent this out today, to encourage our efforts in integrating Risk Management with the WBS, Integrated Master Plan and Integrated Master Schedule, the Technical Performance Measures, the Key Performance Parameters, and all the other processes and data produced by an executing program.
