In many discussions of process there is a proposed solution to a problem in the absence of domain and context. Over generalization is usually the result. This is so common in the agile development world, that I built a short briefing to communicate the issues with making suggestions in the absence of domain and context.
Mosty ideas are credible, once the domain and context are established. There are a few immutable principles of all project management though and with those principles are a few practices that must be in place if success is going to have a chance of appearing before we run out of time and money.
