When we hear any conjecture that a tool or a process, or NOT doing something will fix a recognized problem, I'm reminded of the Chinese phrase to the left, recorded in Chan Buddhist scripture
When a Wise Man Points to the Moon, The Fool Looks at the Finder.
Without identifying the Root Cause of the problem any suggested solution that is supposed to fix the problem fails to identify the Condition and the Action that creates the problem if ignored.
The corrective and preventive actions that will remove the cause are never defined.
So any suggestion made in the absence of the Root Cause, identify the condition and actions is being made by a Fool.
