Having multiple points of view into the problem and the solution is needed for success on projects, or for that matter all problems involving some form of complexity. One we hear this is the best way to solve the problem, it's likely not true and more likely anyone suggesting they have the way is not the person who has solved problems in the past. Perhaps he talked about the theory of problem solving. But get to the launch pad, the literal launch pad or the figurative launch pad only comes with actionable outcomes that increase the probability of project success.
