When we hear about solutions looking for problems to solve, think of General Driessnack's advice. Find the problem first. Then find the corrective and preventive actions that address the root cause of that problem. Only then assess what tools are needed to implement those corrective and preventive actions. That way the tool will not be controlling the hands assigned to fix the problem.
